Before use, administrators must:

  • Read the written Patch application instructions.
  • View the Patch application video below.
  • Complete a short quiz with a passing score of at least 80%.

Quiz results will be emailed to the user along with a prompt to either retake the test or a completion certificate upon successfully passing the quiz.
