Before use, administrators must read the written Patch application instructions, view the Patch application video, and complete a short quiz with a passing score of at least 80%. Quiz results will be emailed to the user along with a prompt to either retake the test or a completion certificate upon successfully passing the quiz. Note, the quiz is only accessible after the video has finished playing.
